Gabe is unquestionably a versatile and solid musician. Gabriel Monticello currently serves with distinction as principal bass of the Albany Symphony Orchestra after having played in the section for several years and ultimately winning the auditions for principal bass. Gabriel is a respected member of the orchestra whom I rely on to lead his section; he consistently performs at a high professional level and is always willing to go the extra mile for the ASO.

Gabriel Monticello is a member of the contrabass section for the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra. He has performed with great rhythmic drive and I always enjoy having him as a stand partner! Mr. Monticello performs in several other orchestras and teaches young bassists in the Atlanta area. One of his students, Nicholas Bruno, will be studying under me at VSU on scholarship for his performance abilities. Gabe is versatile acoustic and electric bassist.
